2025 Australian National Championships: Day 3 Results
Results on day 3 as teams reach the halfway stage of the tournament from Striker Indoor Sports Centre and Seamer Indoor Sports Centre in Perth, Western Australia.

The tournament has approached the halfway mark of round-robin play in Perth with teams starting to make their moves and the divisions beginning to take shape. All teams play each other twice during the round-robin phase before the finals series start this Friday.
Here are how the results panned out on day 3:
Open Men
There was just one session on Monday, with ACT, Western Australia and New South Wales all picking up important wins.
ACT handsomely defeated South Australia, who are struggling this year after a couple of strong runs at the last two tournaments. The hometown Western Australian side are building momentum after a handsome 58-run win over Queensland, that has taken them into second place.
Whilst Queensland are currently sitting in fourth, Victoria are a place further back and will be ruing missed chances so far, including a one-run loss to New South Wales in a match they feel they should have won. The New South Wales side are the surprise package so far, with their narrow victory over Victoria moving them into third place.

Open Women
Western Australia had the day off today, with each other side playing once. South Australia handed Victoria their first loss of the tournament, whilst Queensland hammered Tasmania to join them as joint leaders. Victoria are not far behind as all three teams share three wins apiece.
Western Australia still have one victory with Tasmania yet to get a win.

Under-22 Men
Four matches were held today with Queensland picking up two victories to go to the top of the ladder. That included a 32-run win over Western Australia who are in second place.
New South Wales’ defeat of Victoria has lifted them into third, with a game in hand over all other sides.
ACT’s win over victory has kept them in fourth spot for now, whilst the Victorians are still yet to get a win on the board and remain at the bottom of the table.

Under-22 Women
The Under-22 Women’s division has now passed the halfway point with Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria breaking away from the rest of the teams.
Wins over New South Wales and South Australia has seen the Queensland side hold a narrow win at the top of the standings, one point ahead of New South Wales. Despite being dealt their first loss of the tournament, the Blues side rebounded back to defeat ACT. Both sides have five wins, with Victoria a further position back with four victories.
South Australia’s narrow win over Western Australia has kept them in fourth spot, with ACT and Western Australia further behind.
